The 100% Malbec grapes for this wine were harvested in 2011 in Altamira-La Consulta; then fermented with selected yeast at 23ºC to 28ºC, and put through 20 days of maceration and natural malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, plus six months in bottles. The result is a Malbec with 13.5% alcohol, a total acidity of 5.22, a volatile acidity of 0.29, and 4 g/l of sugar; with an aging potential of 60 months when kept at basement temperatures.

A clean, shiny wine with deep red with very intense violet shades; it has a complex aroma of berry, cherry, plum, and raspberry that combines with wood notes, especially chocolate and vanilla. It has an unctuous mouth with ripe tannins, and is very well-balanced, with good astringency and acidity.

Reserve - Cabernet Sauvignon

The 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine harvested in 2011 were grown in the deep loam of a 20-year-old vineyard in Perdriel y Agrelo-Luján de Cuyo. After fermentation with selected yeast at 23ºC to 28ºC, this wine underwent 20 days of maceration and natural malolactic fermentation. It was then aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels, plus six months of bottle aging.

The result is a wine with 13.5% alcohol, a total acidity of 5.20, a volatile acidity of 0.30, and 5 g/l of sugar; with an aging potential of 60 months when kept at cellar temperatures. It is clear and shiny with an intense ruby color; and has a complex, spicy aroma with delicate touches of vanilla, smoke, tobacco, and coffee contributed by the oak. The mouth has good structure with soft tannins and a good astringency.

The 100% Bonarda grapes used for this wine were harvested in 2012 in Agrelo-Luján de Cuyo. They were fermented with selected yeast at 23ºC to 28ºC, and underwent 20 days of maceration and natural malolactic fermentation.

This clean and shiny wine is a deep red with very intense violet shades and a 13.5% alcohol content. Its complex aromas of berry, cherry, plum, and raspberry are combined with wood notes, especially chocolate and vanilla. It has an unctuous mouth with ripe tannins, great balance, and good astringency and acidity.

This deep, ruby-red Cab is clean and brilliant with intense, complex, and spicy aromas and hints of vanilla, smoke, and mocha from the wood. It is well-balanced and pleasant on the palate and goes well with red meats, game, and hard cheeses.

This wine is yellow with hints of green (typical of the variety) and reminiscent of tropical fruits. It also has vanilla and toasted wood notes, and is complex and persistent, with an adequate balance of alcohol and acidity so it is both round and mellow. This Chardonnay goes well with fish and seafood.

100% Bonarda grapes, harvested in 2012 in Agrelo-Luján de Cuyo, were used to make this wine. After fermentation with selected fruit at controlled temperatures, this wine was stored for six months in oak barrels. It has 13.5% alcohol, a total acidity of 5.17, a volatile acidity of 0.30, and 5 g/l of sugar.

Argentina's next red, this tasty Bonarda has an intense, ruby-red color with violet highlights, as well as features aromas of red fruits, spices, and hints of leather from the six months it spent in oak barrels. It is robust with great purity of fruit and a lively acidity.

The grapes for this 100% Malbec were harvested in 2016 in Luján de Cuyo (90%) and the Uco Valley (10%). They underwent fermentation in a temperature-controlled environment, resulting in 12.5% alcohol. The wine is an intense, shiny, purplish-red color with an intense and complex aroma of berries — especially plum, cherry, and raisin. It features sweet tannins, is very well-balanced.

Chacabuco Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested in 2015 in Maipú and Luján de Cuyo (90%) and the Uco Valley (10%). They underwent fermentation in a temperature-controlled environment, resulting in 13% alcohol. This Cab is a deep red color with dark shades and aromas of berries, black fruit, and pepper. It has good structure with ripe tannins, a suitable astringency, and offers an optimal level of alcohol in the mouth. It is a perfect match for well-structured dishes, such as casseroles and braise.

This 100% Malbec has an intense and shiny, purplish red color, as well as a complete aroma of berries, especially plum, cherry, and raisin. It features sweet tannins and is very well-balanced; an ideal companion to grilled meats, pasta, and cheeses.

A 100% deep-red Cabernet Sauvignon with dark shades, it has a wild personality with flavors of berries, black fruit, and pepper. It has a good structure with ripe tannins, suitable astringency, and a good level of alcohol in the mouth; and is a perfect match for well-structured dishes, such as casserole braises, spiced meats, and pasta.

This 100% Merlot is a deep red color with brilliant violet tones; and a nose reminiscent of peppery spices and berries, including blackberries, cassis, and raspberries. It has a velvety body with soft tannins and a good acidity in the finish.

A 100% Malbec Rosé with reddish shades, this wine has fruity notes which are reminiscent of strawberries, cherries, and raspberries. It is young, easy to drink, and is considered finely sweet and refreshing.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a yellow color with greenish glitter. It unfolds soft aromas that are reminiscent of pink grapefruits, fruit herbs, tropical fruits, and rue notes; and has an attractive, balanced personality and an excellent aromatic complexity.

A yellow color with greenish glitter, this 100% Torrontes has intense floral aromas (rose and jasmine) and fruit aromas (grape and white peach). It is fresh and young and has a complex, fruity potential.

Sparkling Wine - Extra Brut

The grapes from this wine, 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, were harvested in 2012 from the highest area of Río Mendoza. It is a delicate, sparkling wine made using the Charmat method; where the second natural fermentation is controlled in hermetic, stainless-steel tanks, maintaining a constant temperature of 16ºC for foam formation. The liquid then rests on the lees for 15 days and once the liqueur d'expedition is added, it is then cooled and stabilized for subsequent filtering and bottling. The bottles are stored for 30 days before their labeling and sale.

A balanced, wine with fine bubbles and a persisting palate; this wine is a yellow color with delicate green and gold shades. It has 12.4% alcohol, a total acidity of 6.20, a volatile acidity of 0.22, and 11 g/l of sugar; and a gentle aroma, reminiscent of tropical fruits, such as grapefruit and white peach. Served at 6ºC to 8ºC, it is fresh, natural, and elegant.

A red wine with sharp, fruity notes that recall strawberries, cherries, and raspberries; this young, easy-to-drink wine is delicately sweet and refreshing. Very delicious!

Asterisco Semisweet Red Wine

Asterisco Semisweet Red Wine

Made from a special selection of red grapes, this 50% Malbec, 35% Bonarda, and 15% Shiraz red blend was harvested in 2015. It was then sweetened with concentrated grapes that have 30 grams of sugar. The wine is expressed with the typical notes of red fruits and features a delicate flavor; with characteristics of structure and fruitiness come naturally from a harvest of overripe fruit. It has 12% alcohol and is ideal to drink alone or with desserts, cheeses, or chocolates. Serve at 6ºC to 8ºC.

This generic wine is obtained from the harmonious combination of Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay varieties which gives it a delicate yellow color with hints of green; a subtle and persistent aroma; and a particularly soft and fruity flavor. It goes well with white meats, soft cheeses, and seafood.
